Prospero Ansty Park opened its doors for a successful launch event!

On Tuesday 4th February we were delighted to welcome our guests to the ‘once in a generation’ 2.3 million sq. ft Prospero Ansty site.

With around 100 people in attendance, the launch was a great success.

The 196 acre site, located in a prime position east of Coventry, is ideally placed for advanced manufacturing and offices. Prospero Ansty has plot sizes available from 3,000 sq. ft up to 700,000 sq. ft.

Current occupiers include Meggitt, who have a ‘super-facility’ on site totalling 490,000 sq. ft of accommodation for initially up to 1,000 people with the capability of doubling that figure.
