A new scheme is coming to Prospero Ansty Park
A new speculative development is coming soon to Prospero Ansty Park, comprising three state-of-the-art logistics units, totalling 241,461 sq ft.
With sustainability at the heart of Manse Opus’ developments at the Park, this new industrial scheme, Apollo 696, is targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC ‘A’ ratings and will include 27 electronic car charging points. There is also a huge focus on health and wellbeing at the new scheme, with a high quality landscaped environment, staff breakout spaces, improved natural light to office spaces through full height curtain walling as well as a gym/trail for the occupiers.
Apollo I, II and III will benefit from the Park’s stellar location, which sit on an employment site six miles to the north east of Coventry city centre, placing it at the centre of the UK’s manufacturing heartland. The scheme will join the likes of Meggitt PLC and Cadent Gas in their new 495,000 sq ft and 90,000 sq ft facilities, respectively. Each of the new units will have clear internal heights of 12.5m, with both Apollo I and III having 8 docks, and Apollo II having 11.
