August Update: Cadent

Cadent’s new premises is coming together nicely as McLaren get ever-closer to completion. The team has made great strides over the summer as the internal fit-out is now underway and the rendering of the multi-storey car park is due to begin shortly. 

The BREEAM Very Good unit was designed with sustainability in mind and has significant provision of photo voltaic panels both on the roof and incorporated into the brise soleil; rainwater harvesting; optimisation of natural lighting; car charging points; extensive landscaping and sustainable drainage systems.

The 90,000 sq ft office development will be welcoming its new owners in early 2022 as they relocate a number of nearby functions into one super facility.
